MaplePet currently ships to customers within Canada only.Processing timeOrders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate email with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery time:
Because our products are sourced through trusted supplier partners, delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location and the specific item ordered. Some products may arrive in separate packages if your order contains multiple items.
Shipping rates:
shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier service selected (e.g. USPS, DHL Express).
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey to your door.
Delays
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier volume. We appreciate your patience and will help track down any order that seems significantly delayed.
